These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Quikero, including our website, applications, scheduling tools, reports, exports, and related services.

By accessing or using Quikero, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Quikero may be used by both businesses and individuals.

If you create an account on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Quikero provides workforce scheduling and related operational tools, including weekly and monthly scheduling views, schedule reports, exports, employee access features, and AI-assisted scheduling recommendations.

AI-assisted or automatically generated schedules are recommendations only. You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, publishing, and using schedules in compliance with your operational, contractual, and legal obligations.

Quikero may offer a free plan and 14-day free trials for paid plans.

The free plan may remain available without charge unless we change or discontinue it.

Free trials require upgrade to a paid plan for continued access to paid-plan features after the trial ends.

We may change, limit, or discontinue the free plan or any free trial offering, including features and usage limits, at any time.

Paid subscriptions are offered on monthly and yearly billing terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically by default until cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable recurring subscription fees and any applicable taxes using your selected payment method.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

If payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is resolved.

If you cancel a paid subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

Any refund is subject to our review and any limits required by applicable law or payment provider rules.

You may not use Quikero to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or related systems.

You may not interfere with the operation or security of the Service, including through malware, harmful code, abuse, scraping, or automated misuse.

You may not resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized third-party access to the Service.

You may not upload or use data that you do not have the right to use.

You retain ownership of the schedules, employee data, time-off data, reports, and other content you submit to Quikero.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and use that data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Quikero and your submission of personal or workforce data complies with applicable law.

We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data derived from use of the Service for analytics, benchmarking, security, product improvement, and business operations, provided that such data does not identify you or any individual person.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make Quikero available and functioning.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, failed to pay applicable fees, created legal or security risk, or misused the Service.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

After termination, we may delete your data immediately, except where retention is required by applicable law, regulatory obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Quikero, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Valor Cosmetic LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

Quikero is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

You are responsible for checking schedules, reports, exports, and recommendations before relying on them in operations, payroll, or employment decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quikero and Valor Cosmetic LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bulgaria.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by updating the date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Quikero after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
